Photo & Video Contest Rules

1. Contest Overview

Welcome to the Transfer Flow 2026 Photo & Video Contest! Capture your adventures for the chance to win. Share your best photos and videos of your vehicle and Transfer Flow fuel tank system set against your amazing adventures, beautiful locales, travel experiences, and thrilling activities.


2. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected.

  • 1st Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,500.00 USD
  • 2nd Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,000.00 USD
  • 3rd Prize: One (1) winner will receive $500.00 USD

Prizes are awarded as cash payouts. Prizes are non‑transferable, and no substitution will be made except at Transfer Flow’s sole discretion.


3. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Participants must be legal residents of the United States.
  • Participants must own a vehicle equipped with a Transfer Flow fuel tank system.
  • Employees, distributors, agents, and immediate family members of Transfer Flow are not eligible to participate.
  • Previous contest winners are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Period

The contest begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM (Pacific Time) and ends on September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).


5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must take an original photo or video of their adventure featuring a Transfer Flow fuel tank system clearly visible and actively supporting the journey.

Entries will not qualify if they:

  • Contain watermarks, logos, or text overlays
  • Do not meet all post requirements listed below

Post requirements:

Photos must include a caption of the Transfer Flow system and the adventure or destination, including how Transfer Flow helped fuel the adventure.

Videos must include a voice-over description of the Transfer Flow system and the adventure or destination, including how Transfer Flow helped fuel it.

Tag Transfer Flow and use the hashtag #TransferFlow2026.

6. Submission Guidelines

Any photo or video deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe will be disqualified at Transfer Flow’s sole discretion.


7. Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged by Transfer Flow based on:

  • Overall quality and creativity of the photo or video
  • How effectively the entry showcases an adventure fueled by Transfer Flow


8. Winner Notification

Three (3) winners will be announced on October 15, 2026.

Winners will be notified via Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.


9. Rights and Usage

By entering the contest, participants grant Transfer Flow a royalty‑free, perpetual right to use submitted photos or videos for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials, without additional compensation.


10. General Conditions

  • Transfer Flow reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
  • Transfer Flow is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or failed submissions.
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Transfer Flow, which are final and binding.


11. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties.
