Photo & Video Contest Rules
1. Contest Overview
Welcome to the Transfer Flow 2025 Photo & Video Contest! Capture your adventures for the chance to win. Share the best photos and videos of your vehicle and Transfer Flow Fuel system with a backdrop of your amazing adventures, beautiful locales, travel experiences, and thrilling activities!
2. Prize
Transfer Flow will reimburse the winner their system's original cost, including any purchased accessories, provided the accessories were purchased and included on the tank invoice. Combined invoices will not be accepted. Transfer Flow will determine the price and final prize payout. Shipping, labor, and tax charges are excluded.
If the fuel system was purchased through a third party, Transfer Flow will reimburse the retail cost of the tank and accessories at the time the system was purchased, provided the accessories were purchased and included on the tank invoice. Transfer Flow will determine the price and final prize payout. Shipping, labor, and tax charges are excluded.
The maximum prize payout is $3,500.
3. Eligibility
The tank serial number or original Invoice must be provided for reimbursement. If the serial number or invoice is unavailable or the tank purchase cannot be traced via the serial number, the winner will receive $1,000.
• The winner must be the original purchaser of the tank.
• The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Participants must be U.S. legal residents.
• Employees, distributors, agents, and immediate family members of Transfer Flow are not eligible to participate.
• Previous winners are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Period
The contest begins on May 18, 2025, at 12:00 AM (Midnight Pacific Time) and ends on July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Pacific Time).
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Take a picture or video of your adventure using a Transfer Flow Tank. Your photo or video must showcase your adventure using your Transfer Flow Tank and be original.
Pictures or videos that include one or more of the following won’t qualify:
- Showcasing a parking lot or driveway
- Contain watermarks, logos, or text overlay
- Missing any of the below post requirements
Post Requirements:
- Pictures must include a brief description of your Transfer Flow system and adventure or destination. How did Transfer Flow help to fuel your adventure?
- Videos must include a voice-over description of your Transfer Flow system and adventure or destination. How did Transfer Flow help fuel your adventure?
- Use the hashtag #TransferFlow2025
- Follow Transfer Flow’s Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/transferflow) or Instagram (www.instagram.com/transferflow), depending on the platform you are posting on.
- Tag Transfer Flow.
6. Submission Guidelines
Any photo or video deemed inappropriate or offensive will be disqualified at Transfer Flow’s discretion.
7. Judging Criteria
The winner will be determined by Transfer Flow and based on the following criteria:
- The quality and creativity of the photo or video as judged by Transfer Flow.
- How well the photo or video showcase your adventure fueled by Transfer Flow.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced on August 15, 2025.
Winners will be notified via Instagram or Facebook Direct Message and must respond within seven days to claim their prize. An alternate winner will be selected if the winner does not respond within the specified time.
9. Rights and Usage
By entering the contest, participants grant Transfer Flow the right to use their submitted photos or videos for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials, without further compensation.
10. General Conditions
• Transfer Flow reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
• Transfer Flow is not responsible for technical issues or failures related to the contest entry process.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and Transfer Flow’s decisions.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely to administer the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
