GM pickup replacement tanks

Increase the fuel capacity and driving range on your GM pickup with a larger replacement fuel tank. A 45 gallon replacement fuel tank is available for 2500 HD and 3500 HD crew cab and extended cab pickups with 6 1/2 foot beds. A 56 gallon fuel tank is available for 2500 HD and 3500 HD crew cab and extended cab pickups with eight foot beds. See the available model years listed below. The replacement fuel tank systems come with all parts needed for installation, including straps and mounting hardware. The fuel tanks are made from 12 and 14-guage aluminized steel for superior rust resistance and strength. Each fuel tank is baffled to reduce fuel sloshing, and is powder coated black for a durable finish.

	CODES N = Available only for 2500 HD & 3500 HD series pickups (not available for 1500 series due to low clearance). O = On 2004 GM diesel pickups, check the pickup’s Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) prior to ordering. Your pickup will have an LB7 engine if there is a “1” in the eighth digit of the VIN number. Your pickup has an LLY engine if there is a “2” in the eighth digit of the VIN number. Please indicate your GM pickup’s engine type when ordering this product for the 2004 model year. P = Available for Non-California emissions vehicles over 8600 GVW only. Non OBD-II fuel systems can only be sold if the emissions label allows for additional fuel capacity. The vehicle’s emission label is located in the engine compartment and will state that the emissions system is capable of handling 100 gallons of fuel. If it does not state this, you cannot install this fuel system.
